Available in three versions (8 volumes, 18 volumes and 28 volumes), this emulsion, which is used in combination with Mineral Color Oil, performs a dual action: lightening the hair’s natural melanin and, at the same time “developing” the pigments contained in the coloring product. Mineral Developer Emulsion contains Argan Oil and Castor Oil with moisturizing, sealing and smoothing properties.
