In a non-metallic bowl mix 1 part (25 g) powder with 2 parts (50 ml) Deco Oxy Blue. Mix until obtaining a smooth cream and apply to dry, unwashed hair. Leave the product on for 20 to 45 minutes. Check the lightening regularly. Once the result is achieved, rinse thoroughly and shampoo lightly to remove residue completely.
