In addition to the standard 12-month warranty on the machines sold, Celada offers extended warranties over time. The contracts provide for the extension of the warranty up to the third year of the machine’s life, with total coverage of the breakdown on the hours spent on technical intervention and any spare parts.

These identify the condition of wear of the machines or of the single components even before the failure occurs, thanks to the analysis of the data provided by the diagnostic systems used, in relation to the state of normal operation.

A service that offers the possibility to scale working hours carried out by the technicians at the customer. The hours must be used in the 12 months following the purchase of the vouchers and, if they are exhausted, the hours in excess will be billed normally.
