YOUJI VTL series

The VTL series vertical lathes are the result of a series of studies carried out by YOU JI on its entire range of vertical lathes, from which it emerges that their main objective is great versatility of use so that the machine in question is suitable for machining in the energy, oil, wind, mining, rail, steel, oil, transmission, nuclear, aeronautical, marine, earthmoving, mould and die sectors, oil, wind power, mining, rail, steel, petroleum, transmission, nuclear, aerospace, marine, earthmoving, moulds and dies, automotive, transport, textiles and mechanical engineering in general.

The VTL models are equipped with a mobile crosshead for applications where the variety of workpieces to be machined is great, benefiting from the overall rigidity determined by the proximity of the crosshead to the workpiece. The VTL line includes a series of vertical lathes and vertical turning centres for milling, drilling and grinding, with platform diameters from 1600 to 4500 mm and turning diameters up to 4800 mm, equipped with spindle motors of up to 75 kW and milling motors of up to 26 kW.

In essence, this is a highly advanced and comfortable line of machines that, in our opinion, fully responds to the brands’ move towards modern production and enhances the innovative efforts of YOU JI’s designers, who draw on the vast experience the company has accumulated in over 40 years of activity in the bar turning market.
