Unrivalled precision
ALC-P machines use an inverter type dielectric conditioner as standard, which monitors and maintains the dielectric temperature within +/- 1 degree, minimising the thermal effect within the working area. An additional sensor is installed inside the work bowl for even more accurate temperature control.
The CNC includes two-dimensional axis pitch compensation software that automatically corrects any positioning errors for every 10 mm of X-Y displacement. In addition, the cross-type roller guides offer extremely high rigidity and accuracy, as well as increased durability. The machine’s front door is made of Carbon Fibre to minimise ‘weight displacement’.
