Neway NL-S series

The horizontal flat-bed lathes in the NL-S range of machines , manufactured by NEWAY, are designed to meet the machining needs of the most demanding industries and currently represent the state of the art in the field of these machines, thanks to the company’s constant commitment to research and development and the achievement of high quality standards.

The supporting structure is designed and built with a one-piece cast-iron meehanite with 3 prismatic flat rails that give the lathe exceptional rigidity.
The lathes are equipped with a 4\8-position turret, and come with numerous accessories, capable of machining parts with a maximum turnable diameter of 1,600 mm, maximum turnable length of 6,000 mm and bar passage of 130 mm.

With rapid feeds of 6 m/min, the machine has 55 Kw at the spindle with mechanical range change and rotation speed of 450 rpm.
