Neway NL-T series

The range of NL-T machines, manufactured by NEWAY, are designed to meet the processing needs of the most demanding industries and currently represent the state of the art in the field of these machines, thanks to the company’s constant commitment to research and development and the achievement of high quality standards.

The supporting structure is designed and built with a one-piece cast iron meehanite and prismatic flat rails that give the lathe exceptional rigidity.
The lathes are equipped with a 12-position turret that can accommodate motorized tools and C-axis on the main spindle. This is a complete solution suitable for speeding up the machining in a single cycle of moderately complex parts on which to carry out both turning, milling, drilling, tapping and other multiple machining operations.

The lathes are equipped with numerous accessories, capable of machining parts with a maximum turning diameter of 630 mm, maximum turning length of 4,000 mm and bar passage of 116 mm.
With rapid feeds of 16 m/min, the machine has 22 Kw at the spindle and rotational speeds of 2,000 rpm.
The NL-T series can be equipped with a bar loader/feeder, a finished part unloading device or a front loader in the case of blank feeding, and numerous other accessories that make it a practically universal means of production in its field of use.
