Amada Meister G3 UP

Meister G3 UP is a multifunction machine perfect for both simple and complex machining: all machining of steel, carbide, ceramic and other materials can be carried out manually or by CNC. It can be used for both profile and surface grinding.
It can be equipped with simple or advanced dressing devices as well as standard or special grinding cycles. A probe for measuring the piece is integrated into the grinding head making it possible to measure the piece in the machine, the residual allowance is automatically calculated, and the machine carries out the grinding without the presence of an operator until the pre-established measurement is reached.
But the real novelty, thanks to optional software, is the possibility of programming the processes to be carried out on the piece starting from the 3D model of the piece.
