Amada Meister G3 UP

The Meister G3 UP surface and profile grinding machine is a multifunctional machine perfect for both simple and complex machining operations: all machining operations on steel, hard metal, ceramic and other materials can be carried out manually or by CNC. 

It can be equipped with simple or advanced dressing devices as well as standard or special grinding cycles. A probe for measuring the piece integrated in the grinding head makes it possible to measure the piece in the machine, the residual stock is calculated automatically and the machine performs the grinding without the presence of an operator until the pre-established measurement is reached.

But the real innovation, thanks to an optional software, is the possibility to program the machining operations to be carried out on the piece starting from the 3D model of the piece.
