You Ji YB Series

The YB series of horizontal 3-slide flatbed lathes is the result of a series of studies carried out by YOU JI on the entire range of its horizontal lathes, the main objective of which was to achieve great versatility of use, so much so that the machine in question is suitable for machining in the energy sector, oil, wind power, mining, railways, steel, petroleum, transmission, nuclear, aeronautics, marine, earthmoving, moulds and dies, automotive, transport, textiles and mechanical engineering in general.

YB models can be equipped with different types of turret and steady rests, either manually or hydraulically operated, for applications where the variety of workpieces to be machined is important, taking advantage of the overall rigidity determined by the proximity of the turret to the workpiece. The YB line includes a series of horizontal lathes and horizontal turning centres for milling, drilling and deep boring, with a platform diameter of 610 to 1,400 mm, a turning diameter of up to 1,600 mm and a turning length of up to 8,000 mm, equipped with a spindle motor of up to 75 kW and a milling motor of up to 22 kW.
