• a BT50 spindle speed of 10,000 rpm
• an exclusive variable spindle bearing
• preload system flat steel slides, which are manually lapped before being mounted on the machine and aligned using a laser collimator.

The moving cross-member enables machining to be carried out with minimum distance between the spindle and the guides.

A particularly decisive aspect in precision machining is the stability of the machine throughout the working day, which is why YASDA has equipped its machines with a temperature stabilization system which, by circulating oil within the structure, limits the influence of the external environment.
